The opportunity
Many businesses receive requests across several channels, while real availability, catalogs, and booking rules live in separate systems. Atenhora turns those conversations into traceable operations, with a backend that preserves business rules.
What I am building
Atenhora combines Web Chat, WhatsApp, and Telegram with a multi-tenant SaaS, catalog, availability, bookings, OCR, and human review. I own the product, architecture, and end-to-end implementation. AI operates within backend-controlled policies and tools, with tenant isolation, decision traceability, and conversation evaluations.
The product is in commercial validation: a positive discovery meeting took place and an initial proposal was sent; it should not yet be presented as an active client or closed contract.
What it demonstrates
It is an example of building product and business at the same time: turning a hypothesis into a demonstrable experience, protecting the limits of automation, and preparing the architecture to learn from early customers.
