The challenge
Bespire turns scattered operations for a creative-services company into one workflow: each workspace needs to coordinate clients, teams, requests, projects, documents, billing, and communication without losing permissions or context.
My responsibility
I built the entire platform: the public landing page and the main dashboard, from onboarding and trials to workspaces, roles, clients, collaborators, requests, queues, calendars, files, admin surfaces, and real-time notifications. I also implemented plans, credits, Stripe and ACH integrations, and PDF/DOCX document generation.
At one stage, I had limited frontend support under my leadership. Architecture, product decisions, cross-layer integration, and delivery remained my responsibility.
What it demonstrates
Bespire brings together common B2B SaaS challenges: multi-tenancy, granular authorization, operational states, payments, files, a public landing surface, and real-time events. The value is connecting those pieces into an experience a team can rely on every day.
